Extra concert!!Ratjetoeconcert

On May 9, we are holding our housewarmingparty at the Balkissoon Theater!

On this date, we celebrate finding our new homebase in Amsterdam East. In this Ratjetoe (Dutch for smorgasbord) concert, you will hear a variety of musical styles and artists.

For 13 seasons, we have organized our concert series with great pleasure and success in the Zuiderkerk Amsterdam, with occasional outings to locations such as the WaalseKerk or the Beurs van Berlage. And now we are moved to a new homebase!

We are very much looking forward to our collaboration with the brand-new Balkissoon Theater (formerly Christus Koningkerk), where we will continue our quirky and special concertseries. But there is more than just music. You, the audience can choose for justthe concert, or a concert supplemented with a three-course dinner after the performance. A specially composed menu will be served in the Grand Café. Music meets gastronomy!

The Ratjetoeconcert will showcase what the Vriendenconcerten series stands for.It features artists who will perform in the coming season, or who have done so in the current season. The presentation is in the hands of comedian/singer/writer Vincent Bijlo. Will you stay for a bite to eat afterwards? We are looking forward to mingling and have a chat with you afterwards and we are very curious to hear your reaction.
